We're being profiled again!

We just got a call from our adoption agency. They said that they have not heard back from Texas and they may never hear anything. Turns out a lot more people were being profiled for that case than I originally thought. Not just families from our agency, but people from other agencies as well. Basically, we have a better chance of being struck by lightening than being chosen for that case. And we will probably never hear an answer because if the birth mother chooses a family from somewhere else, our agency will not be notified.

But, the good news is....they had another case to tell us about! And after listening to all the details, we agreed to be profiled!!

There are between 10-12 profiles going out for this case, so I am trying not to get my hopes up. (Who am I kidding? It's been 15 minutes and I am already picturing Christmas with my new baby.)

So, now it's time to wait for an answer........
