*swoon*

A friend of mine from college is a talented photographer who takes beautiful pictures of families. She came to our house yesterday morning to take pictures of Jayden. I won't get to see all of them for another week or two, but she posted a preview picture on Facebook.




My heart completely melted when I saw it. I could not stop staring at it.

My beautiful baby boy's smile is captured in a picture. I've only seen him smile a handful of times so far so having it in a picture is amazing.

He looks like such a big boy! Holding his head up so well and smiling! Aww...my little peanut!!! He is 6 weeks old today.

My Mom is having a baby shower/ open house for Jayden today. I'm so excited for everyone to meet him!

He refused to sleep more than an hour or two in a row last night and I might die of exhaustion....but LOOK AT THAT FACE! :)

    I can't believe it's been 6 weeks already! He is absolutely gorgeous, especially that cheeky little smile. It looks like he has a secret. I'm really so happy for you; after all of the disappointments and setbacks you have had to endure, it seems like every day should be a holiday to celebrate. Enjoy your baby shower today.

    Hi, visiting from ICLW. He is utterly gorgeous. I can't believe he is only 6 weeks old!! Look at him holding his head and having a good look at what is going on around him. Fabulous AND he has stunning eyes :D Jen

    That photo is perfect. Those eyes. I can't stop staring, and I can't wait to see how the others turn out. (Equally perfect, I'm sure, with that gorgeous baby!!!) You do realize people will want to steal him at the baby shower right? :)
