A Baby Moves Out, A Cat Moves In

We finally bought a video monitor and moved Jayden into his nursery. *tears*

Before Jayden was born, the cats went in the pack-n-play whenever we had it set up. But, once Jayden slept one night in there, they somehow knew it wasn't for them anymore.

It was only a few days of Jayden sleeping in his own room before Brinkley decided the baby had officially moved out of the pack-n-play and he could move in.

  2. It looks like he's taunting you with "finders keepers". :)

  3. That's so funny. I'm so proud of you for moving Jayden into his own room - I know that must have been hard!

  4. So far our 3 have stayed clear of most of Arlo's gear...except they seem to think the rocker in the nursery was put there juuuust for them. ;) Great picture!

  5. You are my hero! I finally (yesterday) admitted to myself and my husband that the only way I will ever be "ready" to move my boy into his nursery is if we get a video monitor. We started researching which one to buy. I never thought it would be this hard. He's 4 months and I had planned to have him in his room by 3 months...yeah right. It is so hard!!! I hope to follow your lead very soon!

  6. Our cats still haven't forgiven us. The dog is on our side now though that Meg is dropping food.

  8. Funny how they know! :-) Do they all seem to like Jayden or do they steer clear of him?
